Relocation takes a lot of time and effort – and at the same time there is the chaos of searching, packing and transporting. We are there for you, so that your employees can invest this time and energy into their new workplace from the start. One focus of our Multi Service International is the search for suitable accommodation for your team and the management of formalities relating to relocation, re-registering, etc.
On the basis of a requirements profile we will first look for an appropriate property for your employees. The principal criteria are a floor plan, the residential area and the infrastructure. If a suitable property is found, we will accompany your colleague to the viewing, negotiate conditions for the tenancy agreement and, with our trained eye, we will be there during the handover of the property. We organise a removal company and ensure the electricity and telephone are connected promptly. We are also happy to help with the registration at the relevant registration office and at schools and nurseries and we can include an initial discovery tour of the new city and immediate surroundings.
